Cancellation after Shipment
- If your order has already been shipped, the refund will be initiated only after we receive the product back and verify its condition.
Return, Exchange & Refunds Policy
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, only if they are found defective or damaged.
- Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- The product is used or altered by the customer.
- The request is made after 7 business days from delivery.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the same account used at the time of payment.
- The refund amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
